People Strategy Change & Communications Lead (18m FTC)
Be-Resourcing is proud to support our client, a forward-thinking legal firm with a strong global presence, in their search for a dynamic People Strategy Change & Communications Lead. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of the People Strategy across the organisation. As part of a recently established HR Business Strategy team, you will collaborate closely with HR colleagues and key stakeholders, ensuring cohesive communication and a smooth transition during change initiatives. This position offers the flexibility of hybrid working and is based in one of our client's multiple UK office locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the People Strategy.
- Identify potential risks and resistance to change, crafting effective mitigation plans.
- Assess the impact of change on various groups within the organisation.
- Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure clear, consistent messaging.
- Develop engaging content for emails, intranet, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to align internal and external communication efforts.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to senior leadership regarding the People Strategy's progress.
- Work alongside the comms team to ensure alignment of messaging.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns.
- Support the alignment of change and communications for Workday implementation.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience in managing change projects or programs with a focus on people.
- Proven delivery of change in professional services or within a Partnership model.
- Expertise in creating communication plans and content.
- A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using a variety of communication tools and platforms.
- Strong background in HR or People Strategy.

Be-Resourcing is excited to present a fantastic new Business Development Manager role (Real Estate), on behalf of our client, a technology-driven, sector-focused law firm! This role is a 12-month FTC (maternity cover) and will be paid a competitive package of £65,000 - £79,000.
About the role:
This is a unique opportunity to support an integrated global group comprising the firm’s real estate practice and sector teams. In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:
- Support the Partners in their activities aimed at targeting potential clients and further developing existing relationships.
- Keep abreast of relevant developments, legislation, and regulations to build and broaden understanding of department’s work, enabling knowledgeable conversations and BD recommendations.
- Construct engaging pitch documents and presentations to develop current and prospective client relationships.
- Use networking opportunities to build develop BD knowledge and profile; know what other organisations are doing, and promote strategy, brand and services.
- Co-ordinate and host internal and external events, seminars, webinars and socials.
- Support on the development and execution of effective marketing campaigns.
- Prepare compelling legal directory and award submissions in order to maintain and achieve higher rankings in the legal community.
- Business planning including contributing to the budgeting process within your area of responsibility and monitoring spend against budget.
- Maintain and work with BD systems and infrastructure, including standard pitch content, credentials database and client relationship management software.

- Significant Business Development and/or Marketing experience gained within a law firm environment.
- Experience gained supporting a Real Estate practice group is highly desirable but not essential.
- Ability to develop deep knowledge of BD specialism and how your role supports the delivery of firm strategy.
- Strong written and numerical skills, with the ability to present complex information and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- A proactive can-do approach with the ability to prioritise tasks based on relative importance and urgency.
- A mindset focussed on process improvement with the ability to identify areas where ways of working can be adapted/automated to improve effectiveness.
