What recruiters do at Be-Resourcing

  • Learning. No matter how experienced you are, learning is a huge priority. Market knowledge, key trends, recruitment processes, client expectations – all that and more. You’ll do plenty of learning on the job, but you’ll also have access to a comprehensive learning portal, not to mention the full backing of our team.
  • Speaking. Making calls and taking calls. Zoom chats, Teams meetings and even some face-to-face head-to-heads. We’re experts in our field, but recruitment is all about communicating with people. The tools we use are sophisticated, but the principles are simple.
  • Sourcing. Matching the right role to the right person – it’s what it’s all about. With a massive CRM at your disposal, you’ll reach out to candidates about their next career move (whether permanent or contract), finding the skills, experience and understanding our clients’ needs.
