Our client is a fast-growing management services provider to the Banking & Financial Services sector, helping organisations strengthen resilience, manage risk and improve customer experience through a portfolio of testing, cyber and managed services solutions.
They now seek a proven Sales Executuve to drive new logo acquisition and build long-term relationships across the UK BFS market.
The opportunity
As Sales Executive – Banking & Financial Services, you will:
- Own a defined Banking & Financial Services new business territory across the UK
- Proactively identify, engage and convert new logo clients – with a strong focus on managed services
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, shaping the solution, commercials, and close
- Work closely with pre-sales, marketing and delivery teams to build compelling, outcome-focused propositions
- Land and expand – turning first wins into multi-year, multi-service relationships
- Provide clear, accurate forecasting and market insight to senior leadership
This is a high-impact, visible role where your success will be measured by new logo wins, growing recurring revenue and building strategic relationships in complex financial services environments.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day
- Building and owning a robust new business pipeline across banking, insurance, asset/wealth management, fintech and payments
- Running high-quality customer meetings – from CISO and COO to CIO, Risk and Procurement
- Translating client challenges around risk, resilience, regulation and customer experience into structured, commercially attractive proposals
- Negotiating and closing deals that drive recurring revenue and sustainable margin
- Acting as the senior point of contact for early-stage accounts, ensuring a smooth handover into delivery and ongoing account development

- A genuine hunter mentality – comfortable building your own pipeline, opening cold doors and progressing complex deals
- Experience selling into senior stakeholders (C-suite, Risk, IT, Security, Operations, Procurement) in regulated environments
- Strong commercial acumen – confident structuring, pricing and negotiating deals that work for both client and provider

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious global ground transportation provider that delivers high-touch, personalised service to VIP clients across the world. As part of a strategic expansion, the business is seeking two new part-time Reservations Assistants to support client communications and reservation management during evenings and weekends.
This role spans both the events and premium service teams, requiring excellent communication skills, the ability to manage quotes and reservations, and confidence in dealing with high-level stakeholders. A strong focus on quality customer service is essential.
This is a permanent, part-time position whicg will be paid an hourly rate of £13 per hour. The role will begin (as close to) full-time and on-site for the first 3–4 weeks to ensure thorough onboarding and training. Following this period, the position will transition to fully remote.
Each Reservations Assistant will work a complementary schedule to ensure full coverage across the week. The working hours will be:
- Three weekday evenings (6pm–8pm)
- One weekend day (9am–5pm)
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing reservations and quote requests for ground transportation
- Following established processes for both events and premium service enquiries
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of bookings and updates
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and management
- Handling client and supplier queries with professionalism
- Assigning appropriate suppliers and sourcing new ones when needed
- Capturing all relevant costs, quotes, and special instructions in the system
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in service delivery, ideally in events, travel, or hospitality
- Understands the importance of quality and attention to detail
- Is commercially aware and process-driven
- Possesses excellent organisational and planning skills
- Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships
- Can work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Speaks a second language fluently (desirable but not essential)
