As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across various projects. The position is client-facing and ideal for an enthusiastic team player with experience in both industry and professional services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Overseeing the preparation of management accounts
• Managing client relationships and providing strategic financial insights
• Reviewing statutory reporting and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including IFRS and UK GAAP
• Implementing financial controls and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
• Delivering commercial finance insights to clients and internal teams
• Managing one-off financial projects, including system reviews and control assessments
• Developing strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborating effectively across business areas

 

Experience Required:

 

• Fully qualified accountant
• Strong technical accounting knowledge across UK GAAP, IFRS, and other local GAAPs
• Proven experience managing a client portfolio with high levels of engagement
• Excellent communication skills
• A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning
• Experience with cloud accounting software and financial technology solutions
