We're supporting a large, well-established organisation as they continue to invest in Microsoft 365 and Copilot across the business. As part of this journey, they're looking for a Training & Adoption Specialist to help colleagues embrace new technology, improve digital ways of working, and maximise the value of Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
This is a highly visible, people-focused position, working directly with employees across multiple sites. You'll be delivering engaging training, providing hands-on support, and driving the successful adoption of new technologies throughout the organisation. The role is fully on-site, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with regular travel between locations to support colleagues and deliver training face to face.
The Role
- Deliver training sessions, workshops and drop-in clinics on Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
- Support the rollout and ongoing adoption of digital workplace technologies.
- Create engaging learning materials, user guides and training resources.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify training needs and opportunities.
- Provide face-to-face support and coaching to end users.
- Gather feedback, monitor adoption and continuously improve training initiatives.
- Champion change and help colleagues build confidence with new technology.
About You
- Experience designing and delivering Microsoft 365 training within a medium or large organisation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience driving technology adoption and supporting business change initiatives.
- Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and tailoring training for different audiences.
- Understanding of AI, security, privacy and governance considerations.
- Able to travel regularly between sites across Central Scotland.
- Enthusiastic about helping people embrace new technology and improve the way they work.
