🚨 Cutover Manager – WRAP Platform Migration (FTC) 🚨

Are you the calm in the chaos when go-live looms? We’re hiring a Cutover Manager to lead one of the most business-critical phases of a major WRAP platform migration—moving customers from a legacy platform to new FNZ-powered technology.
This is more than timelines and task lists. You’ll build and own the cutover strategy, aligning every moving part—from technical readiness and runbooks to business operations and contingency planning. You'll choreograph rehearsals, lead command centres during live transitions, and ensure that when the lights go green, everything works.
What you’ll do:
🛠️ Design and execute the end-to-end cutover plan
📋 Own runbooks, dress rehearsals, execution schedules, and go/no-go governance
💬 Coordinate across technology, operations, business teams, and third parties
🚨 Manage live cutover weekends—real-time issue handling, escalation, and recovery
🤝 Work closely with external vendors (FNZ experience highly desirable)
