This role is based in one of our clients' regional UK offices, across Bristol, Manchester, London, Glasgow, or Edinburgh with hybrid working options. The salary range is competitive, between £48,000 to £58,000 (DOE).
As a DEIB Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a refreshed DEIB strategy, developing localised plans for Business Services, and supporting leadership in achieving their DEIB goals. You’ll collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and Policy teams to embed inclusion throughout the employee lifecycle.
