Be-Resourcing are supporting a well‑established professional services firm in their search for an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join its restructuring and case‑management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on meaningful responsibility within a stable, supportive environment that values accuracy, organisation, and a proactive approach to workload management.

You will work across a varied portfolio of insolvency cases, with opportunities to support on selected personal matters. The role is hands‑on and suited to someone who enjoys structured processes, problem‑solving and regular interaction with multiple stakeholders.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the realisation of assets in line with case requirements
  • Communicating with creditors and responding to queries clearly and professionally
  • Liaising with banks and financial institutions to obtain essential information
  • Supporting employees through claims processes and sensitive correspondence
  • Preparing and submitting statutory documentation and required returns
  • Handling incoming stakeholder enquiries and providing accurate, timely updates
  • Ensuring all administrative and procedural tasks are completed to a high standard

 

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • 2–3 years of experience in an insolvency or restructuring role
  • Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to case management
  • Confidence working independently and prioritising a busy workload
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Competence with standard office IT systems (specific insolvency software training can be provided)
  • A proactive, steady, team‑focused attitude
