Reservations Assistant (Part time)

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious global ground transportation provider that delivers high-touch, personalised service to VIP clients across the world. As part of a strategic expansion, the business is seeking two new part-time Reservations Assistants to support client communications and reservation management during evenings and weekends.

This role spans both the events and premium service teams, requiring excellent communication skills, the ability to manage quotes and reservations, and confidence in dealing with high-level stakeholders. A strong focus on quality customer service is essential.

This is a permanent, part-time position offering a salary of £25,000 pro rata. The role will begin (as close to) full-time and on-site for the first 3–4 weeks to ensure thorough onboarding and training. Following this period, the position will transition to fully remote.

Each Reservations Assistant will work a complementary schedule to ensure full coverage across the week. The working hours will be:

  • Three weekday evenings (6pm–10pm)
  • One weekend day (8am–3pm)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing reservations and quote requests for ground transportation
  • Following established processes for both events and premium service enquiries
  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of bookings and updates
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and management
  • Handling client and supplier queries with professionalism
  • Assigning appropriate suppliers and sourcing new ones when needed
  • Capturing all relevant costs, quotes, and special instructions in the system
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in service delivery, ideally in events, travel, or hospitality
  • Understands the importance of quality and attention to detail
  • Is commercially aware and process-driven
  • Possesses excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships
  • Can work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Speaks a second language fluently (desirable but not essential)

If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
