This is a fantastic role for a finance systems professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving complex problems. You’ll play a key role in supporting the firm’s finance systems, collaborating with IT and finance teams and driving improvements across the business.
This is a varied and rewarding position, offering the chance to work closely with stakeholders across the firm and contribute to the ongoing development of critical systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support for practice management systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via the Helpdesk
- Collaborate with IT colleagues to deliver high-quality service
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides
- Support system implementations and upgrades
- Liaise with third-party vendors and internal teams
- Develop SQL-based solutions and reports
- Escalate issues to external support when necessary
- Prioritise requests and identify effective solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong SQL query skills
- Experience supporting financial or practice management systems
- Familiarity with expense and time management systems
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
