Marketing Manager

Be-Resourcing are supporting a growing software business in the property tech space with their hunt to find a Marketing Manager to join their team. Offering up to £60,000 plus performance bonus, this is a fully remote role (UK-based) with occasional travel to London.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll take ownership of marketing at a pivotal point in the company’s journey, as it transitions from a legacy product to a modern SaaS offering.

This is a broad, high-impact role centred around three core areas:

• Strategy: shaping market positioning, understanding the competitive landscape, and elevating brand presence
• Brand & Creative: leading a full rebrand, including a new website and refreshed visual identity
• Demand Generation: driving pipeline growth through effective, data-led marketing campaigns

We’re looking for someone who:

• Brings strong B2B marketing experience within SaaS, tech, or software
• Can demonstrate real impact in lead generation and pipeline growth
• Is both strategic and hands-on in their approach
• Is comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment
• Has an interest in AI and modern marketing tools
