We're partnering with a leading profesional services organisation to recruit a Legal Operations Transformation Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing transformation function, supporting strategic projects, driving process improvements, and helping deliver meaningful change across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of legal operations and transformation projects.
- Track project plans, risks, actions, and milestones.
- Coordinate stakeholders and keep projects moving forward.
- Produce project reporting, dashboards, and status updates.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support change initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting or delivering projects and transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience within Legal Operations, Legal Project Management, a law firm, or professional services environment.
