Commercial Marketing Lead

Be-Resourcing are excited to be supporting one of our clients in their search for a Commercial Marketing Lead to take ownership of revenue‑driven marketing at a group level. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the CEO, with genuine influence over commercial strategy across multiple regions.

The role is fully on‑site in Glasgow and involves some travel across the UK, Europe, and the US. The salary on offer is £52,000–£65,000 plus bonus, depending on experience.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning revenue marketing and qualified pipeline generation at group level
  • Full responsibility for CRM strategy, optimisation, and adoption (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Driving visibility from campaign → lead → opportunity → revenue
  • Working closely with senior sales stakeholders on qualification, handover, and conversion
  • Overseeing digital activity, campaigns, and events aligned to commercial outcomes
  • Reporting on performance, ROI, and pipeline through clear metrics
  • Managing and developing a small creative/marketing capability

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong B2B marketing experience in commercially focused roles
  • Hands‑on ownership of CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 or similar)
  • A proven track record of delivering qualified pipeline, not just leads
  • Confidence operating at senior level with international exposure
  • A highly commercial, data‑led mindset
