
Be-Resourcing are assisting a fast-growing, internationally operating SaaS business in their search for a Customer Success / Account Manager. This organisation provides a specialist digital platform for arts and cultural organisations, combining website CMS, ticketing integrations and marketing tools to help them grow audiences and increase revenue.
This is an exciting, client-facing role offering a salary of between £40,000–£50,000, with fully remote working across the UK and regular opportunities for international travel.
You’ll focus on onboarding new customers and driving long-term value across existing accounts, acting as a trusted partner. A key part of the role is helping clients move beyond traditional web projects and fully adopt a broader SaaS platform that supports ongoing growth and engagement. The position includes working with clients globally, with travel to sites and industry events across the US, Europe and Australia.
