Managed Services Executive 12 Month FTC

We're partnering with a leading international professional services organisation to recruit a Managed Services Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking team, with the flexibility to be based from either the Glasgow or Edinburgh office on a hybrid basis. You'll enjoy a varied role, helping to deliver innovative services, drive continuous improvement, and support projects that create real value for clients and the wider business.

The Role

Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you'll support the delivery, development and continuous improvement of managed services and strategic projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring initiatives are well-organised, effectively governed, and delivered to a high standard, while helping identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting project and service delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Assisting with planning, governance, reporting, and process improvement activities.
• Coordinating stakeholders and monitoring project progress.
• Analysing performance and financial data to support decision-making.
• Contributing to the development of new solutions, tools, and ways of working.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience in a professional services, legal services, or similarly fast-paced corporate environment and are looking to develop their career within project delivery, operations, or service management.

You'll ideally bring:

• Around 2+ years' experience in project coordination, project management, service delivery, operations, or continuous improvement.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence working with data, reporting, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a growing and evolving environment.
